Goal: To lose a min of 80 pounds in 2008.
Plan: Dieting has never worked for me but last year I made a few small changes in my life and I dropped over 40 pounds. I’m hoping that lightening strikes twice. The plan is to record my food intake. That means every bite, every sip and every morsel will be accounted for honestly. I’m going to weigh myself every 2 weeks and when I plateau I’ll tweak some more.
I’m going to exercise at least twice a week. I’m not going to deny any cravings I get BUT I am going to make myself work for it. I’m not going to keep junk food in the house which means I’ll have to go out and get it. If I’m willing to go all the way up to the mall to get a cookie then I’ll know that I really want it.
Rules:
1. Record every bite of food I eat in this journal.
2. Eat 3 full meals a day, with two snacks in between.
3. Work for my cravings and eat only one.
4. Exercise at least twice a week.
5. Have dessert every night.
