Rules:
1. Record every bite of food I eat in this journal.
2. Eat 3 full meals a day, with two snacks in between.
3. Work for my cravings and eat only one.
4. Exercise at least twice a week.
5. Have dessert every night.
Notes: Flamers/Snarky people/Asshats will be ignored. However, if you’re serious about your health, you have goals of your own and you want to buddy up for encouragement and moral support, I’m your girl. Add me and I’ll add you back.
